There are a few issues that might have prompted you to receive the message "Your number is unreachable. Please make sure you entered the correct number. If the problem persists, please contact our support team."
Incorrect Phone Number:
- Make sure that you added your correct mobile number to your ZabCab account. To correct a wrong number go to the Sign Up screen and edit the phone number field.
Invalid Phone Number
- If you accidentally entered your phone number with too few or too many digits, it will be invalid. Verify that your information is correct on the Sign Up screen.
If your number is correct, your connection to ZabCab may have been affected by delivery issues from your carrier or your cell plan. Make sure you are in cell range and there are no carrier outages. You may need to call your mobile provider to verify these issues.
