ZabCab, ZabCab Driver and ZabCab Front Desk apps use the location information on your Android or iPhone smartphone to provide an estimate of your location to our server. This location information uses cellular, Wi-Fi, and Global Positioning System (GPS) networks to determine your approximate location. You must enable location information on your device before ZabCab can use your location data.  Wi-Fi is not required to determine your location, but if you turn your Wi-Fi on our service will be able to find your more easily, whether you are connected to a network or not.

Your GPS location will be shown with a small dark blue circle surrounded by a light blue circle.  If you would like to change your desired pick-up location, just move the screen and adjust the location of the blue pin.

IPHONE USERS:

ZabCab, ZabCab Driver and ZabCab Front Desk apps present a location warning the first time they need to access Location Services data. If you tapped Don't Allow, you prevented ZabCab from accessing Location Services data from then on.

You can enable Location Services anytime by tapping Settings > Privacy > Location Services on your iPhone and turning on the individual Location Services slider for the ZabCab app.
